The life of a good irrigation
system may be 20 years or more, in which time many changes
can occur. Changes such as product updates, course renovation,
personnel or ownership changes, and normal product failure
due to age and extensive use. Whatever the event, our goal
is for you to resume normal operations quickly and efficiently.
It is important that the Toro
Irrigation System continues to work properly as Century
wants a satisfied customer so we can continue to sell Toro
turf maintenance equipment and Club Car golf Cars.
This is why we, at Century
Equipment, provide such extensive customer service and training
programs. Upon completion of a project, we like to feel
that we will have trained your staff so that they have a
solid understanding of the mechanics of how our irrigation
system works. On a yearly basis, we offer service schools
and training seminars to all of our customers, providing
you and your staff with the expertise need to maintain your
system along with showing you product changes and updates.
We are also available on an
as-needed basis for service and can provide you with trained
service people, a 1-800 service number, product repair in
our shop, as well as keeping detailed records of your installation
at our facility.
For Century Equipment to achieve
customer satisfaction -- service and training are a necessity.
Century also has a large inventory of irrigation products
including pipe, wire and repair parts to service your Toro
